NeuroModel® creates models with special artificial neural networks. It has been specially adapted to the needs of the chemical and process industry.
NeuroModel® provides you with knowledge regarding the interrelationships of your process in a very short time.
Models are created from the process’ data records, and are then used to analyze your process.

The perfected algorithm enables the work to be done with a few data records.
An integrated expert system takes care of the work for you and quickly decides in an intelligent manner on the optimal solution path for the respective problem.
The configuration time is only a few minutes.

NeuroModel® can map up to 255 consecutive variables, so that even very complex processes with hundreds of variables can be easily and rapidly visualized and modeled.

One important feature of von NeuroModel® is the SecurityNet® algorithm, which is protected by patent legislation. NeuroModel® makes test planning redundant.

The SecurityNet® algorithm provides confidence intervals for each item of information in the model, so that you can already see its accuracy during the forecast.
If you use this model for process control, the adoption of accurate automatic control forecasts can be guaranteed through this.

NeuroModel® allows you to efficiently ensure the model for your plant with just a few tests, if the data volume is not sufficient.

NeuroModel® GenOpt™ & NeuroModel® GenOpt™ Online

Using a genetic algorithm, NeuroModel® GenOpt™ always finds the optima of a target function, provided that a solution is possible given the general conditions.

It alters the inputs of the neural process model to calculate the current optimal operation mode (parameter) or formula.
At the same time, it takes into account the different freely configurable auxiliary conditions and a target function.

The NeuroModel® and NeuroModel® GenOpt™ package enables a comfortable and accurate process optimization based on simple exemplary data.

To use NeuroModel® und NeuroModel® GenOpt™ for optimization purposes, a neural model must be first trained with sample data.

The optimizer loads the model. Initially, the user sees a user interface on which on which the constraints can be configured.
In addition to permitted value ranges, any number of complex constraint equations and maximum trust intervals (SecurityNet®) can be defined.
This allows users to limit their search for optimum work items to plausible solutions.

NeuroModel® GenOpt™ makes it possible to initially test the optimizer at your desk.
The optional NeuroModel® GenOpt™ Online can be connected to the control technology and is able to lead the process in a safe and fully automated manner.


As a complex MES system, Prompt™ far exceeds the options provided by simple databases or business data gathering systems.

Prompt™ is based on a structured ORACLE database. This means that any user with MS-Access experience can easily configure the basic functions of a Prompt™ database.
The entire structure of operations, plants and plant components, the assigned measuring points, their properties, laboratory data and shift logs are displayed in the integrated master database.
Data structures, which periodically collect values (with date and time) from measuring points, are attached to this master database.

Prompt™ allows for the structured inventorying of all plants, their devices and measurement points. For each device, outflow tables and data from inflow and outflow measuring point(s) are stored.
On this basis, Prompt™ automatically logs the respective volume and holding time for each device. Investigations on the effect of holding times are also possible without major effort.
The technology also allows for a direct assignment of cause-and-effect relationships in the data records, using the Prompt™ Titan Prompt™option.

All functions and maintenance work can be performed with the Prompt™ client supplied.

APC Professional® 8.0

APC Professional® is a universal control and simulation program with over 400 user-configurable functional blocks. These can be connected with process control systems.
The functional blocks can be graphically combined into any number of dynamic systems.

For example, users can configure and graphically combine OPC interfaces, down time elements, PT1 blocks, differentiators, integrators, arithmetic blocks, blocks for differential equations and free functions of virtually all applications. In addition to standard functions, NeuroModel® blocks for neural process models and GenOpt™ blocks are integrated into the interface for process optimization purposes.

APC Professional® is the ideal and universal platform for Advanced Process Control (APC). With APC Professional® , it is possible to quickly and create graphically complex and manageable solutions for superimposed rules. Programming is no longer required in this case. Operating APC Professional® is so easy that process engineers can easily translate their knowledge into applications.

Known interrelationships can be transcribed as equations; operational rules or empirical knowledge can be represented in characteristics diagrams, and unknown knowledge from empirical data can be integrated in the form of neural models.

If you would like to integrate your own optimization programs or another in-house function into the APC Professional® interface, they only have to be compiled as a DLL and integrated into APC Professional® via an open interface.
