The concept is based on the acatech´s renowned study Industry 4.0 Maturity Index.

atlan-tec Systems GmbH is a member of the standardization committee RA 7.27 VDI/VDE/GMA in order to further advance the objective measurement of industry 4.0 maturity and
to support our clients in their development into industry 4.0 maturity.
Here we work together with representatives of all important industrial enterprises on a uniform definition of industry 4.0 and how the general maturity of enterprises can be improved.
In addition, Thomas Froese, founder and managing director of atlan-tec, leads the standardization committee VDI/VDE/GMA 7.24 "Big Data in Production Processes".
This working group has issued a recommendation on "Big Data Best Practice" and developed the german standard VDI3714, which will be published at the end of 2019.
